Please join us at TheTasteLab at Classic Fine Foods for an exclusive Salsus Tasting Lunch, celebrating broths and sauces shaped by Norwegian culinary principles of purity, patience and deep respect for ingredients.

This special lunch will showcase how carefully made stocks and sauces can elevate professional cooking — from foundation to finishing — through flavour clarity, nutritional integrity and technical precision.

 

The menu will be prepared collaboratively by Chef Øyvind Hjelle (Salsus) and TheTasteLab Culinary Development Chef, Russell Bateman, highlighting the versatility and depth of Salsus broths and sauces across a carefully considered tasting menu.
