Toni Rodríguez Segura is a Chef and Pastry Chef specialized in totally vegan preparations.
After a experience in the kitchen of several restaurants, with only 19 years he gave life to his personal project, ‘Lujuria Vegana’, a haute pastry shop, which came to distribute his desserts in Spain and Europe.
After that stage, Toni began to dedicate himself deeply to the research and development of innovative techniques specific to vegan pastry.
In 2018 Toni and Sara opened their own pastry school in Barcelona, where they teach face-to-face courses in addition to being an R&D laboratory. He has also taught vegan pastry masterclasses in more than 20 countries around the world.
In 2020 they launched their own online school with courses in English and Spanish.
