Baptiste Moreau

After having obtained his degrees in Bakery and Patisserie, Baptiste enriched his experience in Stohrer, the oldest patisserie in Paris since 1730, then at the Grand Hotel de l'Opéra. 

Then, he progressed alongside Chef Jacques Maximin MOF, elected twice Best French Chef of the year, before joining the Valrhona School in Paris in order to perfect his knowledge.
