Jeremy refined his pastry skills in some of France’s most renowned establishments, including the Michelin-starred La Fourchette des Ducs, the elegant Hotel Le Prince de Galles, and the legendary Ritz Paris. His commitment to quality and innovation eventually led him to a teaching role at the National Superior School of Pastry, where he now mentors future pastry talents.
A Champion’s Drive: Competitions and Achievements
Jeremy’s competitive nature extends beyond the kitchen. A passionate CrossFit enthusiast, he brings the same intensity to pastry competitions. In 2023, he earned a silver medal at the Pastry World Cup with Team France. On January 22, 2024, he reached a new milestone by becoming the European Pastry Champion, securing France’s place in the next World Championship.
