Led by our Pastry Chefs Denis Dramé MCA and Giacomo Pischiutti, whose combined experience spans some of the world’s most respected kitchens, the day offers an insider’s look at how precision, technique and ingredient mastery can transform pastry work. Recipes and methods are drawn from real industry practice, giving chefs tools they can apply immediately in their own environments.
