Join us for an immersive, hands-on seafood masterclass led by Russell Bateman, Executive Chef at TheTasteLab by Classic Fine Foods. This full-day experience is designed to introduce chefs to the techniques and artistry behind preparing, cooking, and serving the exceptional seafood we proudly offer at Classic Fine Foods.

From octopus and oysters to scallops and a variety of prawns, you’ll work directly with premium ingredients while learning essential skills in seafood handling and flavour pairing. Whether you’re an Apprentice Chef or a Sous Chef, this course offers valuable insights tailored to your level of experience.
