Pastry chef wellness & world champion of the sweet arts Johanna LePape is dedicated to high-end patisserie, nutrition, and reducing waste.
Her career began at the five-star Lutetia Hôtel in Paris in 2012, and she joined the team of Cédric Grolet and Maxime Frédéric at Meurice Palace a year later.
In 2014, she won the World Champion of Pastry title at the Mondial des Arts Sucrés with Gaetan Fiard - a turning point in her career. Johanna also became chief trainer at the prestigious Alain Ducasse school, offering courses in French and in English.
In 2015, she developed an entire collection for chocolatier Les marquis de Laduree.
Since 2016, Johanna LePape has been helping companies develop ‘well-being’ products, and offering training in French pastry at international culinary schools.
