François will share all the secrets he has learned about how to make attractive, easy-to-make pastries with you.
After eight years of pastry training with the Compagnons du Devoir, François Daubinet went to an institution in New York (Financier Pâtisserie), before conquering Paris.
He first learned his way in Michelin-starred and palace pastries with Jérôme Chaucesse at the Hôtel de Crillon, then with Christophe Michalak at the Plaza Athénée.
He becomes the latter's right-hand man at the launch of the Michalak Mastarclass.
But it was in 2015 that he stood out, becoming the pastry chef of the essential Parisian gastronomic restaurant Taillevent.
In 2017, he took charge of the sweet creation of another great Parisian house, Fauchon, where the greatest contemporary pastry chefs have also left their mark.
It reinvents the Fauchon pastry signature, with its clean lines and daring recipes while preserving this part of timeless tradition dear to the House.
At the same time, François Daubinet today cultivates the desire to present personal projects that are close to his heart.
