In 2013, she joined the Meurice Palace, within the team of Cédric Grolet and Maxime Frédéric. This experience allowed her to increase her level of requirement and confirmed her attraction for Haute Couture pastry.
In 2014, Johanna Le Pape and her partner Gaetan Fiard, won the Sweet Arts World Cup with the theme "Notre-Dame de Paris". From this moment, her career took off. Wishing transmit her passion, she reached the post of Chief Trainer at School Alain Ducasse and provided French and English courses to amateurs and future professionals.
She signed the entire collection "Les Marquis de Laduree" in 2015, a universe combining know-how and a passion for chocolate.
Since 2016, she is been putting an expertise at the service of creation and professional training. Chef Johanna Le Pape assists agri-food start-ups in their food innovation sector and the creation of "well-being" products.

All places are on a first come, first served basis.
If you are booking an event more than 6 weeks in advance a non-refundable 30% deposit is payable on registration to
secure your place. The balance must be paid within 6 weeks of the course date. If you are booking an event less than
6 weeks from the event date then the full fee is payable on registration. Your participation at the event will only be
confirmed once we have received full payment.
If you cancel in writing at least 6 weeks before the event we will refund the price less the 30% deposit.
No refunds will be given for cancellations within the 6 weeks preceding the event.
